We are an affordable property with income restrictions based on household size, accept Section 8, and require an interview for the application process, so we recommend having all documentation ready for a smooth experience.

To qualify we require you to provide:

  • Hourly rate or salary
  • Any extra commissions, bonuses, etc.
  • Child Support
  • SSI
  • Social security benefits, Pensions, etc.
  • Present 6 consecutive pay stubs.

 

IMPORTANT: We do not provide office calculation process.

We accept SECTION 8 vouchers:

 

  • You must make 3 times the amount of your portion.
  • All of this information has to be presented/shared during your interview.

 

 

IMPORTANT: please provide voucher and all complementary information needed.
